2016 - The meeting

M.Vissers Rudo is looking for a beautiful place with breathtaking views with lots of space and Provençal charm.

It was at the “Second Home” real estate fair in Utrecht, Belgium, that Rudo met Mr. Spranghers Werner, a real estate agent. This one will help him in his search, Rudo fell in love with an estate in Venasque.

A beautiful project will be born. sales agreement, execution of the deed, design of the renovation plan and completion of the project.

2019 - The foundation

After the success of his real estate project, an idea germinates in Rudo's mind.

He wants to create a property merchant company in Vaucluse.

In the fall, he founded the company RVR with the aim of once again experiencing the rebirth of a Provençal estate.

2020 - The stone that speaks in Provence

RVR renovation is looking for its project manager.

In March, Anthony Cabrerizo, a masonry craftsman for 35 years in Provence, joined the company. taking with him his experience, his know-how and his slogan “The stone that speaks in Provence”.

2022 - The team

Since 2020, RVR has been investing in real estate in Provence, in Gordes, Ménerbes, Le Barroux, Gargas, Séguret, Pernes-les-Fontaines...

Always looking for beautiful projects, homes with that little extra and that Provençal atmosphere, RVR needs to strengthen its team.

To coordinate all services, Gaelle Mathet will be hired in March 2022.

A year later, Ange Cabrerizo completes the team. He looks after the real estate side of the company.
